Hello Steve

      Not going to give you a bunch of B.S. about your company, just going to give you the facts. It was my lucky day when I found the ScaffoldStore on Google, I almost made a order with SCAFF*%^MART, but went online to check on something else when I found you. I sent a couple of emails to the other company and never got a response, not a good feeling for me. Then I found out their BBB rating was a F, now I looked somewhere else. Sent a couple of questions to the ScaffoldStore and got a answer with in a hour, their BBB rating was a A+, now I'm taking notice. My order was small Steve but you took the time for my questions, and worked the price to match the other guy. Got my order in 3 days and the Quality was Great. If anyone was to ask me where to buy scaffold I will tell them their is only one place I would buy scaffold from The Scaffoldstore.com.

I spent several days calling scaffold supply companies in five different states that I found online. I was searching for a set of outriggers for a scaffolding unit that seems very commonplace. Everyone I talked to seemed to be too busy to take the time to help me with my smaller order. I was either brushed off as too small of an order or sent to voicemail or asked to send emails with what I need. Steve at the Scaffold Store answered the phone within the first two rings, knew exactly what I was looking for, and was able to give me a price and shipping quote within minutes. I received exactly what I needed a few days later and couldn't be happier. I am glad to see that there is at least one company out there that still believes in quality customer service.
